Annual Pass Terms & Conditions:
1. Annual Pass Overview
The Garon Castle Adventures Annual Pass grants the named holder/holders access to the attraction during standard opening times, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Validity
The Annual Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expiry dates are fixed and cannot be extended.
3. Pass Holder Details
Annual Passes are issued to a named individual or family and are non-transferable. Proof of identity may be required on entry. Your photo will be stored on our system along with other membership details such email, address, phone number etc. Misuse of any pass may result in cancellation without refund.
4. Admission and Access
Annual Pass holders can just turn up for entry but must be mindful of peak periods being busier than usual. Entry is subject to capacity limits, special event restrictions, and operational requirements.
5. Exclusions
The Annual Pass does not guarantee entry during private events, ticketed special events, group bookings, or peak periods where capacity is limited, unless stated otherwise.
6. Safety and Conduct
All Annual Pass holders must comply with site safety rules, signage, and staff instructions at all times. This includes water safety rules and appropriate footwear requirements. Football boots or studded footwear are not permitted.
7. Water Features
Garon Castle Adventures has water features up to approximately 2 feet deep. Annual Pass holders enter and interact with these areas at their own risk and must supervise children closely at all times.
8. Suspension or Termination
Garon Castle Adventures reserves the right to suspend or cancel an Annual Pass without refund if terms are breached, including unsafe behaviour, misuse of the pass, or abusive conduct towards staff or other guests.
9. Lost or Stolen Passes
Lost or stolen passes should be reported immediately to Garon Castle Adventures. Replacement passes will be issued by management and will incur an administration fee of £5 per card.
10. Changes and Closures
We reserve the right to amend opening times, close attractions, or restrict access for operational, weather, safety, or maintenance reasons without compensation.
11. Refunds
Annual Passes are non-refundable once purchased, including in cases of partial use, closure days, illness, or change of circumstances.
12. Photography and Media
By entering the site, Annual Pass holders consent to photography or filming for promotional purposes without compensation. This does not apply to under 18’s where consent will always be asked for in advance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom.
