Visitor Terms & Conditions:

1. Introduction

Welcome to Garon Castle Adventures.  These Terms and Conditions govern your entry to and use of our facilities and activities.  By purchasing tickets or entering the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Admission and Tickets

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.  Tickets purchased are valid for one round of 18 holes on the Garon Castle Adventure course.  Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove visitors for safety or conduct reasons.

3. Supervision and Conduct

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.  Visitors must behave responsibly and follow all staff instructions and safety signage.  Dangerous or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

4. Safety Around Water Features

Garon Castle Adventures has water features up to approximately 2 feet deep.  These areas may be slippery.  Visitors must take care at all times.  Running, diving, or rough play near water features is strictly prohibited.  Children must be closely supervised at all times. Interaction with water features is entirely at your own risk.  Ball retrievers are available at all water features and MUST be used to retrieve golf balls from the water.

5. Footwear and Clothing Requirements

Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times.  Football boots, cleats, or studded footwear are not permitted anywhere on site.  Bare feet, open-toed shoes, or other unsuitable footwear may be restricted in certain areas for safety reasons.  Tops must be worn on the course at all times.

6. Health and Personal Responsibility

Visitors must ensure they are physically capable of taking part in activities.  You are responsible for your own health and safety and should not exceed your personal limits.

7. Risk and Liability

Participation involves inherent risks including slips, trips, falls, and water-related hazards. Garon Castle Adventures accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.

8. Personal Property

Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

9. Photography and Media

By entering the site, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes without compensation.  This does not apply to under 18’s where consent will always be asked for in advance.

10. Changes and Closures

We reserve the right to alter or close attractions, activities, or opening times for safety, weather, or operational reasons without notice.  If you booked online then we will offer an alternative date and time that is mutually convenient.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom.
